I am waiting foe a refund from a seller who canceled my order. I opened a dispute because they were taking so long. This morning they told me to cancel the dispute and they would refund my money. I canceled the dispute, closed the case and they are not refunding my money and not answering emails. What do I do now to get my refund? I
Unfortunately, your seller/con artist talked you into canceling your one way to get Paypal to return your money. I hope you paid with a credit card; go directly to your card and tell them the seller canceled and refused to refund. They should hav your back.
