Seller ignoring me and not allowing me to return item i have right to return

Hello i purchased from a seller called CclOnline i have been trying to get in contact with them for weeks about returning the item but i just get ignored but i want to return the product, tried speaking to people on paypal and they say to "file a claim" but none of the options are relevant. how can i have a return number when the company wont give me one or even reply to me. i dont know what to do, It was quite and expensive product too i feel as if ive been robbed

Paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.

They do not cover buyer remorse, so that would be between you and the merchant.

If they are in the UK as well and you have a complaint that they don't respond to then you have the option of a small claims action?
