I ordered something from a website that I haven't used in years. I moved since then and changed my confirmed address on paypal a long time ago, but my old address was still on file with this merchant and i didn't realize it. I paid with paypal thinking it would auto fill the address, but they shipped it to my old address. Is this a valid claim if they can't get the package back? I feel partly responsible, but i also expect everything i pay for using paypal to be shipped to my paypal address.

If you file a dispute for non receipt of item then you may well win as the seller is supposed to send to your paypal registered address.
