This was a payment from me that was cancelled by the seller.
So the money has disappeared, and with it my account on the seller's platform.
The service hasn't been delivered at all.
Paypal rejects attempts to recover this type of transaction on the resolution center.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
