I ordered UGG boots from Thunder Wing Technology on 12/23 and gave emailed them 3 times without any response. How do I get my boots or my money returned of $59.72?

I also was also charged and received nothing. No confirmation or item and emailed company numerous times with no response. I filed dispute with Paypal and they gave company until 2/26 to reply. Good luck!
