Scammed

This guy scammed me and lured me to pay through family and friends. Is there any way I get my money back? Anyway paypal can charge the people that were involve in this scam? Can’t PayPal track user location?

Sorry, there’s no purchase protection with friends/family payments. They are essentially  ‘gift’ payments. only use it with people you know.
