Scammed or Not

Hi, I sold a PS4 to a person in Spain, which was no problem, but haven’t got my payment from the person’s bank Financial Services Limited from Madrid, they told me to pay a transaction fee of €210, I paid it & then told me the person added me more payment cause of stress in adding €164 of me to pay extra, of course I didn’t pay the €164, so am I being scammed?

Sadly yes, no funds in your paypal balance = you have not been paid.

Also sellers do not have to pay any sort of fee upfront to accept payments. 

Any fee is auto deducted from your payment the same instant the payment shows in your account balance.

Okay, so I reported it to Spoof PayPal, got no word back from them yet, what else can I do?

Sadly nothing, if its the scam as I think it is then it has nothing to do with paypal as nothing was done using paypals site.

You were scammed unfortunately by fake paypal emails.
