Scammed by one person on paypal help !

Hello people, i wanted to ask if there is way to refund a moneey i bought a game account from one guy from world of warcraft game, and he reverted his original email 5 months later,i lost my account and money too .

PayPal's Buyer Protection covers quite a wide variety of transactions, however there are a few requirements for a transaction to be covered.
