'Perfect I’m sending it with friends and family. As of now the payment is pending, Im going to need the code to confirm the payment is going to the right person' I just recieved this message regarding something I have advertised on Facebook. Scam? I did recieve a code...
1. DO NOT give anyone that code, they are trying to hack your paypal account.
2. DO NOT accept friends/family, you will have no seller protection in the event of a chargeback and its against paypal rules to use that option for selling anything and can lead to an account limitation.
3. Pending payments always SHOW in your paypal account balance. No payment showing = you have not been paid.
