I ordered an item from Briquao Co. in May. I received several shipping updates. One update requested more money to cover the shipping cost. I didn’t not pay it and assumed at that point it was a scam. The latest update shows it was in transit but not yet ready to deliver locally. It is now August and I’m sure i will not receive my order. I would like PayPal to refund my money.

Click on the transaction then and using the report a problem link at the bottom of that details page open a dispute for non receipt of item?

Don't forget to escalate to a claim when you get that option and also if the item does arrive check it carefully before you close any claim in case you have to change the claim from non receipt to not as described.
