Hello. I used a gift card today to make a purchase at a local store. Somehow, there is a charge for PayPal on the card that I used, that I did not authorize. It says PayPal *CJUANCAMILO for the retailer name, a phone number[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] for the retailer city and <removed> for the retailer zip code. Has anyone else had this happen? This is the 2nd time this has happened to me and same as last, the card issuer is refusing to do anything about.
