Scam site and buyer protection

I have made an online purchase on December 31st and after payment thru PayPal, I have been redirected to a different website from the one I was on before… I also received a mail order confirmation from another site with different items from my original order.

Then when I try to contact any of these sites I get a postmaster failure notification, mail or domain don’t exist. How shall I handle this?

Thanks but that’s where, not how? How long shall I wait and what choice should I make in the droplist ? When selecting you suspect a scam site, next step is standard one: items not as described/item not received… and I don’t feel like there will be anything else les than a robot to handle the case…

I can point you in the direction of how to open a dispute, which option you select and when you choose to open it is up to you !!

Well normally when I post that link most folks say thank you, read it and then they know how to open a dispute.

Selecting options is common sense based on what has happened with your transaction.

But don't worry I will add you to my list to make sure I never reply to one of your posts in the future.

Bye then, have a lovely day.
