Scam purchase

I purchased grass seed mats/sheets from vieqp Co Ltd when they arrived it was just felt fabric, different colour and no seeds in the fabric. Queried with the company they were adamant the warehouse has sent the correct item but this seems to be a scam I’ve seen other complaint about the same thing. They even charged me the wrong amount, when queried said was a computer error refunded me part back again this is happening all the time. I raised a claim thru PayPal they said the customer will refund if I return tracked to china! It will cost me more than the £20 I paid for the fraud items. Why is PayPal making me return them before a refund. I thought buyer protection protected us from this? What’s the point of they protection policy if they don’t help. I’m at a loss what to do. I feel the company is getting away with fraud on a massive scale and PayPal are allowing them to carry on. What can I do?

In the event of a dispute you choose your seller and not Paypal so you need to bear in mind possible return trackable costs before you go ahead and buy from that seller / country.

Paypal state this >>
IMPORTANT: You may be required to return the item to the seller or other party we specify as part of the settlement of your claim. PayPal Buyer Protection does not entitle you to reimbursement for the return shipping costs that you may incur.

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.

I ordered a phone screen cover from them, came from China so it took 3+ weeks to arrive.  Item was received damaged and I asked for a refund.  They offered me 30% of the item cost.  I  opened a case with PayPal & hoping they can assist.  Would not recommend buying anything from this seller.

I bought screen protectors from this scam on facebook. I sent them the order number and they claim they don't have it.
