Hello everyone , I want to buy some Formula 1 Trading Cards ( F1 Turbo Attax ) , about 50 cards and i am going to pay 65 Euros . I really want to know if i am protected in case the other person scams me in any way , and i mean if he doesnt send the cards at all , he said that he will give me a tracking code , or if i receive the package but its empty or nothing similar to the cards . I have dm's for proof and pictures of every card i should receive . So in case i get scammed will i be able to refund my money ?

That depends on many factors all listed in Paypals buyer protection policy for you to read so you can risk assess your transactions.
Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer protection.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
