I made a payment. PayPal rejected it. I realized that it was a scam but I received an email saying that I authorized a payment and funds will transferred when the merchant processes the payment. I don't understand. It's either authorized or it's not, which is it? I contacted paypal immediately. Sent everything to spoof. Will this payment go through?
I received a notification to my email saying that funds will be transferred when the merchant processes the payment. However, when I originally tried to pay because I didn't realize at the time it was a scam, paypal said that the transaction was denied at that I could try again in 24 hours. Nothing is showing on my account. Password changed and scammers blocked.
