So someone wants to send me 7000€ but he says that the payment won't go through unless I buy a 100€ razor card. I'm new here so is this a scam on should I buy the card? Thank you
100% a scam. Anytime someone wants to randomly send you a large amount but wants you to send a little first is never legit.
