The worst thing about this regular scam which PayPal seems to be at least encouraging by their lack of concern. They ask the victim to go to our pathetic Royal Mail to ask for something in writing that the supposed tracking number has not actually been delivered. The Royal Mail have a stated policy of not replying to emails. ***bleep***
