Scam Suspected

I have recently received an invoice from Digitech Solutions saying that they had renewed my 2 year membership for $199.99USD . The only product I use from them is a calender app which I would not pay $99 a year for when there are free ones avaiable. They say they have deducted the payment as it is an automated system but it is not showing up in any accounts hence that is why I looked in Paypal. 3 days later I get the same invoice. I can't reply to their email and when finding their website and going to the contact us link I get a 405-HTTP Verb used....is not allowed. The other strange thing is the sender is Digitel Solutions and a private name .Why wouldn't they use their website domain name. This thing is stressing me out. Hopefully someone has answers.

Same $199.99 for 2 year auto-renewal.

I've never even heard of this company.

Ignore them. It's a scam to get into your computer.

Ignore them. They are trying to access your bank accounts.

I just received this email today (Australian dollars). I have neither used or even heard of this company so my plan is to block the sender in my email program and ignore their requests. Oh, and keep an eye on my accounts just in case.

You don't have to do anything. They are trying to get you to call them so they can ask you to "open" your computer to reverse the charges...

Graval,

I'm with Barb2525. Ignore them and what ever you do , do not let them get control of your computer!

I called the phone number in the email and told them to cancel it and not charge anything… And they said OK we’ll cancel it. So now I’m just looking to see if I find a charge somewhere. I don’t remember ever buying anything from them ever, but I could’ve forgotten.

I called and he stated I needed to generate a cancellation code from the computer. I asked him which computer and he asked how many I had here. I told him they are not available at this time and he said he had to walk me thru the steps (red flag) so I said to tell me the steps and I will do later. He then stated he would not because I would be confused. (another red flag) I said I would not be confused as I am an ITS specialist ...He hung up on me  BIG RED FLAG
