Scam Purporting to be PayPal

Hello,

Has anyone experienced a PayPal scam imbedded in an email from "PayPal" stating that "your PayPal account was charged a certain dollar amount to buy Bitcoin" and attached an Invoice that looked like it came from PayPal?  Response to this email started a string of fraudulent attempts to access my accounts.  Below is the "invoice" attached to the email AND the phone # to call.

Anyone else seen this?

Common scam, paypal transactions don't take 24 hours to show up.

Also the phone number is there to scam you and will be manned by fake paypal agents.

What was very interesting is that I received the email within about 10 minutes from the time I purchased Bitcoin in my PayPal account.  How did the person who sent the email know that I had just purchased Bitcoin?  It looks like, to me, that someone inside PayPal had access to my account and sent the Scam email and invoice!
