Why my acount gor permanent limitation ?? It said "AFTER A REVIEW BLA BLA BLA" I DONT DO ANYTHING, I am not uploading anything in the resolution center yet, And the notification for the limitation not over than 1 day before got permanently limited, what i upload only ID and it was confirmed by paypal before. WHAT HAPPEND HERE???? ANY PAYPAL STAFF HERE?
