Hello, I met this girl online and I wanted to pay her for a flight ticket for $200aud and I sent "her" my money to her PayPal account through Family transaction and I did. I then realised I have been scammed. I tried to talk to the scammer and she blocked me on Instagram and on Telegram. I tried to report for refund and waited but the "seller" closed the case. I tried to talk to the AI Assistance for help but it couldn't help me. I tried to ask for Human Assistance and couldn't understand it. I tried to message the scammer to give my money back and still got ingored. Almost 100 days of being a victim of scam. I dont know what to do anymore. I tried to contact PayPal but they didn't respond. I want to somehow raise the dispute and get my full refund from the scammer and make the scammer get banned from PayPal so other victims wouldn't fall for this Romance Scam. Sure, I felt like I was being scammed but they managed me to get desperate and sent all of my $200+ dollars to the scammer so she could fly over to me for a date but I was wrong. I'm genuinely concerned about my regrets. PayPal can't even help me get my refund even if I didn't use "Buyers Protection". I hate that sht. How do I get a refund? The case is closed and I don't know how to appeal it. I dont want to spend extra money for a lawyer to get my money back. I can't afford it. I just want my money back from my scammer and get the scammer a penalty or IP ban as a punishment. I can't believe this... PayPal can't even help victims from scam, it's dissapointing... If anyone knows a way to get a full refund when the case is closed by the "seller" the scammer, please help me. I want my money back...
