Paypal keep spam ask for it every weeks yet they refuse to deal with error nonstop and all they repeatly do is just “please try it again” SINCE 2022 SO HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO AGREE IF SYSTEM KEEP SPAM PLEASE TRY IT AGAIN FOR YEARS!!! I CAN’T CONTRAT EM EVEN IF I WANT TO SINCE MY PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER KEEP SHUT DOWN MY NUMBER EVERY DARN MONTH AND KEEP ASKING FOR 3 MONTHS WORTH OF PAY EVERY DARN MONTH AND REFUSE TO ALLOW ME TO CHANGE!!

Welcome! Thank you for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues reviewing and accepting PayPal's new user agreement. I can understand how concerning it must be to keep running into this kind of issue. Normally, the steps listed in the PayPal Thailand Relaunch FAQ should be able to answer any issues you may run into when trying to accept and agree to the new user agreement.
I would also recommend clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and browsing history to see if that helps. If you keep running into issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support teams through the Message Center outlined here.
