Return package to China for a refund.

I am looking for advice on proceeding with returning my order (sandals) to China. I have the option of getting a 50% return of my original purchase price or shipping return at my expense back to China for a full purchase refund.  I would then try and claim a shipping refund from PayPal.  Has anyone negotiated returns to China?.? I would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thank you!

If you accept the 50% then the scam website you purchased from will tell you to CLOSE the dispute first so that they can issue a refund.

Then they will ignore you knowing you can't re-open it OR open a second for the same transaction.

So if you want to accept 50% you can do so but if they tell you to close the dispute then DO NOT and go down the return route.

Thank you for your advice to my question!  I did go with a 50% refund.  Return shipping to China was more then Sandals purchase price.
