Did you respond to the claim after the buyer escalated the dispute to a claim?
If so did paypal after they found in favour of the buyer tell them to return the item before you have to issue a refund?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

- refunding after 180 days. refund button is disabled in Transactions
- refund of voided transaction by merchant which doesnt show in paypal activity in Transactions
- refund doesnt come after 10 day in Transactions
- Partial shipment due to inventory issues, remaining money not refunded in Transactions
- Refund amount not adding up correctly when lodging a dispute in Reporting
