Resulation center refuse

Hello Sir I have started a business account, When I finished my account after that I have seen a update that my account has limitations,when I click I go to resulation center, Resulation center refuse me and share text with me that you will no more use PayPal. Sir what's the issue. Please help me

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
