I was asked "Provide purchase receipt from your supplier " - How can I resolve this when I am the sole owner of my services? I actually own the goods I sell. Is it even possible to resolve?

I was also asked to resolve "Upload Photo ID", I do not own a drivers license, passport or official government ID, how is this even possible to resolve?

Write a letter explaining why you do not have supplier invoices and the nature of ownership (ie. self-produced, self-manufactured/handmade, etc. Or household goods bought a long time ago, no longer have receipt, for instance). Pdf it and upload to the request.
