Report fraudulent activity as a MERCHANT?

As a merchant, if we see transactions that we believe are fraudulent (i.e. likely use a suspected stolen credit card) should we report that activity to PayPal?  If so, how?

 

In this example... We saw multiple transactions with various CC numbers (all successful) within a few minutes.  Not normal activity.  We attempted to verify by calling the customer but all were unreachable.  Names provided appeared to be suspicious as well.
