Report a hackers PayPal Account

A friend of mine was hacked on Facebook and the hacker asked that I send money to [removed]. I want to report that email as attached to a PayPal account committing illegal activities and sca

Did you use the friends/family option to send the funds? If so reporting would be pointless as you sent a 'gift' of money to them.

If you used goods/services then open a dispute for non receipt of item.
