So I helped put a friend and let them borrow 100+ on the promise of being repaid. When payment we as authorized and received a claim was filed against it as unauthorized. PayPal is refusing to help me with this one and I don't understand why seeing I have proof of said payment as well as being **bleep** out of $40 on top of the 100+ refund. I need advice on what to do bc obviously I can't ask said refunder.
