Remove account limitation for transferring funds.

I am attempting to transfer funds from my paypal account to my linked bank account.

 

When I click on the transfer funds link in my wallet, I am presented with an error that says "There is an issue with your account". The error page provides a link to the "How do I remove the limitation on my PayPal account" page. The directions indicate that I should:

 

  1. Go to Resolution Center.
  2. Click Go to Account Limitations.
  3. Click Resolve beside each required steps and follow the instructions.

When I go to my Resolution Center, there is no "Go to Account Limitations" for me to click on.
