Reimbursement Help?

I am using the goods and service option to send somebody money, on the condition they later pay me back plus interest. If they do not pay me back, will PayPal reimburse me?

They can be located by clicking 'Help' and 'Legal' at the bottom of any PayPal website. A Goods and Services transaction is used for purchasing an item or service from someone. We do not offer coverage for loans.
