Good evening, I've received the item but I'm afraid it is of very poor quality. I purchased Melody earbuds but received a plastic item with no brand on them. It missed the jelly pouch that was supposed to be in the pack and the right earbud was split opened. I managed to push it back together but the sound is no good. Very sad about it. Very disappointing. I'd like my refund for this very poor quality item with no brand name to it. But I cannot open a dispute because I've already received a partial refund due to the fact that the seller did not apply a coupon I had at the checkout the first time I ordered. So I opened a dispute then to get my partial refund. However, now, after receiving the plasticky, tacky, malfunctioning item, I'd like a full refund. What can I do?

Only customer services may open a second dispute for you so all you can do is ask?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
