Regarding refund in dispute

Hello! I canceled an item with the seller and the seller has agreed on refunding. However, I haven’t seen any update on the transaction page and it’s still shown “completed”. In case the seller does not issue a refund and I choose to dispute, should I select the “I cancelled the order” or “seller agreed on the refund”? I saw these two options but didn’t know which one I should select. These options showed up after I clicked the “ I want to refund all or part of the items”. The item will not be shipped because the order is cancelled. This is a goods and service transaction. Thank you so much!
