Refused to refund on a buyer protection

Paypal just refused to chargeback a nonconsensual subscription that rolled from a free trial, This is a well known method to get rid of paypal's dispute system and bypass it which is crucially horrific, I was contacting paypal about an unknown transaction that was outgoing on my account by Antares Tech, They were offering free 14 days trial for new users and never mentioned that I will be MUST to pay a subscription after my trial, I tried contacting Antares Tech support and failed, Continuously saying that they're unable to refund even though since my 14 days trial I never even used their product..

I searched about it on certain websites and forums and I am not the first one who got scammed by them, They have managed to manipulate a lot of people back in the day but rarely got their funds back.

I tried cancelling my subscription manually on their website and I received in return a frustrating popup which says "Error, There was an error pausing your subscription. An error occurred on our end. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later" after sometime I got charged for 25$ from nowhere.. I kept trying to cancel the subscription and it didn't let me.. Then I proceeded to open a dispute about this and contacted paypal for over 3 weeks just to eventually get the case closed for no legitimate reason...

I provided pictures of the transaction, the due date, my ticket support on their website and still got my case closed after all my effort..
This is just a disgrace me waking up everyday trying to figure out what's going on and why is it happening and even paypal is not there to lift a hand for me..

If a subscription was added even inadvertently then when that company requests the funds paypal has to pay them as the subscription is set up for payment in your paypal account.

A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product, like anti virus, and forget to cancel and it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I dont think you are really reading my essay properly or either understanding it, You're underestimating just so you will have something to say, Try to understand it again, At this point I just lost a complete faith in paypal, I just recently added my prepaid card into my paypal account just so I can pay in a safer way but I guess not anymore, Very disappointed from this client, No notification before the subscription payment and just straight up after I added the card into my account it completely charged me, I'm crucially in disbelief and cannot see myself using paypal anymore due to that

You can't be telling me that a payment that I was not aware to at any way was just there hidden somewhere, I checked my subscriptions and I had NONE, It was deeply hidden somewhere in my recurring payments, This makes everything just way too complicated and again, I am just disappointed and ungrateful, Leave the fact that before I got charged unexpectedly I tried cancelling the subscription but it kept giving me an error on their side of the website which considered as a literal scam..subscription-cancel-error.png

I have a similar issue with a YouTube TV subscription. Was charged $73 after a 5 daiy trial. Trial didn't work, so I wasn't concerned about being charged. That said, I tried to login to YouTube TV. It keeps telling me I have no subscription. I did a chat with Google support and they could not find a subscrption on any of my email address. I included a copy of the chat when I filed for a dispute. My dispute was denied because "The merchant confirmed the merchadise was delivered." If google can't find a subscription, how can they say the merchandise was delivered?
