I inadvertently purchased a cosmetic product that was advertised on Instagram. I immediately sent them an email to cancel the order. Actually I sent them 4 emails. Then they said it was being delivered. I never received it. I opened a dispute with Pay Pal immediately. It has been 2 months and I still waiting for the refund. Why does this take so long?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Is the claim still open?
