Refunds and account suspension for fraudulent seller items

Hello

 

I bought clothes on depop. Afterwards, I found that several sellers were selling the same clothes. I sent a message, but there was no contact, and the seller deleted the account and did not discuss any refund details. Of the two refunds, one was processed, but the other was already closed and I did not receive any refund. Then, according to the seller protection policy, my PayPal account was temporarily suspended for 120 days. I don’t mind suspending it for 120 days. I request to reopen the case to proceed with refunding my money.
