If the seller accept to refund my money and PayPal close the dispute case but seller still not send my money what I have to do?

Never close a dispute until the refund has been issued.

If not escalate to a claim.

If the dispute goes passed 20 days it auto-closes.

If it closed automatically then you didn't escalate it to a claim within 20 days of opening it?
