Refund issue

Hello all. My wife unfortunately purchased a product from curvy Power company. She has tried to return it but the company will not give her the return address. The companies website states follow the return procedure, but it does not exist. The telephone numbers do not work. We have tried to obtain a refund through PayPal, but we are stimmied by the return date tracking number and cannot proceed any further. Can anyone help with how to obtain a refund or contact PayPal to escalate the claim. Many thanks in advance for any help received. Glenn

Contact customer services and with the information you supply about the website they may refund without return.

If not then they should give you a return address to send the item back to.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
