Refund done but not the total. Bill says 87€ / Refund 20€, no goods received!

Hello,

I bought some clothes at Ladyslike.

I didn't receive any delivery. After I complained about this at paypal i get a payback from about 20€. 

The entire amount is about 87 €. The shop didnt answer on emails from me.

What con I do? Please help me!

Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item or another option?

Did you escalate to a claim before the dispute timed out?

Did the seller provide a tracking number?

Did paypal find in your favour or did the seller voluntarily refund?

Did the dispute automatically close or is it still open?

Did you fund your paypal payment via a credit card?
