Refund dispute. Buyer says not recieved.

I have sent a refund to an individual but they say they have not recieved it. It has come out of my account. Can't find anywhere to get this resolved/checked, if someone can point me in the right direction please. Have a personal PayPal account. UK.

Did you use the 'refund' option or 'send money' option?

If you used the 'refund' option then the buyer may be confused because .............

 

If they funded the original Paypal payment to you from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
