The situation is as follows: I planned to go to Canada and wanted to obtain an international driver's license. I found a website through a Google search [Removed], provided the required information, paid the fee, and received an email notification from IDA. Knowing that the International Driver's Permit organization is IDP, I felt that I might have been scammed. I requested a refund, and the other party informed me that it would take 15 working days for the refund. I have had refund experiences before, but they didn't take this long. Subsequently, the other party sent me a receipt, and I couldn't verify its authenticity. However, it stated that the transaction was done through PayPal. So, I would like to inquire if there is a way to check this transaction on PayPal and apply for a refund through their services.
