Refund and case update

I was offered a refund when my item wasn’t as described, I returned the item and was delivered to the seller. Now the seller won’t confirm/ updated the case so I could get a refund. What can I do?

Did you open a dispute?

Which one did you open?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did Paypal find in your favour?

Did Paypal tell you to return the item?

Did you provide Paypal with a tracking number to prove delivery?

Does tracking show the item as delivered ???
