Welcome to the PayPal Community Forums! I'm sorry to hear there's been some unrecognized activity on your PayPal account. You normally want to ask anyone who may have had access to your mobile device and or laptop / desktop to make sure a significant other or family member hasn't accidentally used your PayPal account instead of theirs to sign up for a subscription / billing agreement. Then, we recommend cancelling any unrecognized / unknown billing agreements with the information here: What is an automatic payment and how do I update or cancel one?
If those subscriptions / billing agreements end up being something you or someone you know signed up for, you may want to see if the option to Open an Unauthorized dispute is available.
