Recurring Payment That Isn't Mine

There's a recurring payment that I've just noticed isn't mine coming from patreon. How do I stop being charged and possibly get a refund?

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I'm sorry to hear about the recent unrecognized activity on your account. @kernowlass is right, I would suggest you to cancel the subscription by following the steps shared by @kernowlass and then report any unauthorized activity through your PayPal account, you can do so through our Resolution Center.
