Reporting fake paypal accounts used by scammers

hey there I got scammed I'm not sure if the account was a fake one but I paid into it. I was blackmailed into doing it

Would help to advise you if you gave more details on the scam and how you sent the funds to the scammer?

However to report someone hit legal bottom right of this page and then there is a link on paypals acceptable use policy to report violations of that policy.
