Purchaser Scam?

I am selling something on Marketplace. I purchaser asked for my PayPal account. I then got a text with a code - but it didn't look like I had received payment. The purchaser asked for the code but I wouldn't give it to them. It felt like a scam.

They were trying to log in to your account by using the text code to your mobile phone option.

If you gave them the code you would have given them access to your paypal account so thank goodness you didn't.
