Purchase protection

  Hi there,

  I plan to buy brand new commercial coin dryers from seller- I don't know this person. I will pay, dryers, tax, shipping, but concern potential "Fraud", "Damaged".

  If I have issue, how to protect my from  PayPal?

Thanks for contacting PayPal community!

If you are not aware of the seller its best select the goods and service as a payment method to qualify for the "Buyer Protection".

That depends on many factors all listed in Paypals buyer protection policy for you to read so you can risk assess your transactions.
Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer protection.

Be careful as buyer protection is not a 100% coverall.
