I received a payment of PUA in my PayPal account since December last year and I haven’t been allowed to perform or use the funds in my PayPal account for over a year . And PayPal didn’t allowed me to perform any transaction and I have waited more than 180 days . Is that how PayPal operate . I’m in need of money . I have bills to pay I need help
