Proof of business continues to be rejected, despite correct documents

I've now tried to up load the correct documentation multiple time - this is registration on business as per recommend document to upload. These keep getting rejected and so my account is limited. ive connected customer support - however this is absolutely useless as I dont get a response at all or when ive called ive been cut off.

does anyone have a solution to this?

States article doesn't exist.

Ove spoken to customer service and have now been told 3 different things, 1. the biz registration was enough proof (yet it got knocked back) 2 to do a partnership agreement (did this and was knocked back despite using the form they sent me) 3 ive been told to upload to resolution centre but there is no where in the centre for me to do this and no case is open.
