I have not been able to contact this company - wanting to send clothing back that was no where near as described - terrible fabric - no registered or correct email on PayPal Solutions. How can I return these - the package only gave a Sydney address with no logistic company name

I got scammed by this company too. I ordered a DIY mosaic art kit for my wife and what I received was a cheap little piece of plastic and nothing else. For this I paid $37 USD...what a ripoff. Their Paypal resolution email doesn't work. An auto reply simply said "Contact seller".

Hi @K-villeB,
Thank you for joining the Community and sharing your frustrating experience. I'm sorry to hear that you received something other than what you ordered. The link that @kernowlass gave is for an AU customer to learn how to open a dispute, but here's one that will work regardless of the country you're in. If the seller is unresponsive or unwilling to resolve, a dispute is the next step.
I hope this is resolved quickly for you!

The companies that sell these on Facebook are total scam artists. There is no kit. What you receive is a cheap piece of plastic. The images in their ads are stolen from a legitimate Etsy seller. This is what you will receive from the scammers - a cheap piece of plastic sent in a thin envelope. Even the tracking info they send is fake.
The ad says you'll get all this, which is totally false:

I also ordered Viking ship wind flags from this fraud company, but instead they sent a US soldier with his fingers up. I ordered two sets! Damage $98 plus customs!
